Trainee Mortgage Advisor / Trainee Mortgage Broker – Stoke-On-Trent – £25K Basic Car Allowance Commission (£45K OTE Year 1)

We’re recruiting on behalf of a leading financial services firm for a Trainee Mortgage Advisor / Trainee Mortgage Broker based in Stoke-On-Trent.

What you’ll do:

• Guide clients in Stoke-On-Trent through the mortgage process
• Build lasting client relationships and deliver exceptional service
• Recommend suitable mortgage and protection products
• Liaise with lenders, estate agents, and solicitors

What we’re looking for:

• CeMAP 1 qualified (or working towards it)
• Previous sales or customer service experience
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• A full UK driving licence and clean credit history
