Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in providing tailored mortgage advice to clients under the guidance of experienced advisors, ensuring solutions meet their unique financial needs and circumstances.
  • As a Trainee Mortgage Advisor based in Edmonton, you will learn to conduct comprehensive assessments of clients’ financial situations, including income, expenditures, and existing assets, to determine the most suitable mortgage products.
  • Support in developing and maintaining strong relationships with clients, ensuring exceptional service and satisfaction.
  • Assist in staying abreast of market trends, mortgage products, and regulatory changes to provide up-to-date and compliant advice.
  • Collaborate with lenders and financial institutions to understand and negotiate favorable terms for clients.
  • Support in managing the mortgage process from initial consultation to completion, ensuring a seamless and efficient experience for clients.
  • A Trainee Mortgage Advisor will learn to collaborate with internal teams, including underwriters and compliance officers, to ensure all documentation and processes adhere to legal and regulatory standards.
