Trainee Mortgage Advisor

Salary - £20000-23000 DOE, regular salary increases and on completion of CEMAP qualification, lots of commission is also payable!

You will be put through the Certificate in Mortgage Advice and Practice (CeMap) exams, which are industry recognised professional qualifications!

Location – Maidenhead, fully office based

Start date - ASAP

My client, a market leader in their field, are recruiting for a Trainee Mortgage Advisor based in Maidenhead. They are looking for new, enthusiastic candidates who are wanting to work in a sales environment.

Role duties:

• Administering mortgages to offer stage
• Establishing and developing relationships with estate agencies
• Placing cases with lenders
• Once you’ve had some training then calling warm leads and booking appointments
• Once trained further then carry out mortgage and protection appointments

• Good communication skills both written and verbal
• Excellent attention to detail

They are offering a salary of £20,000-23,000, which will gradually increase to a basic salary £26,700 + commission, once the CeMAP is completed. You will have the opportunity to make an enormous amount of uncapped commission! There is a clear progression program within the company, pay increases where due, and people stay with the company.

You will be given full training and development and will be joining a motivated/hard working team. You will also be supported in your studies and the CeMAP qualification will also be paid for.
