You’ll begin in a Business Development role, learning how the mortgage industry works from the ground up — speaking to clients and advisers, generating new business, and getting hands-on with live cases.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Learn the mortgage process inside-out while working in a fast-paced sales environment
• Build relationships with financial advisers, brokers, and clients
• Proactively generate and manage new business opportunities
• Support mortgage cases through to application
• Gain practical knowledge of FCA regulations and compliance
• Work towards becoming a CeMAP-qualified advisor — fully funded

What We’re Looking For

• Experience in sales or customer-facing roles (call centre, retail, telesales, etc.)
• A confident communicator with a positive, proactive attitude
• Naturally driven with a strong work ethic
• Highly organised and detail-oriented
• Comfortable working towards targets and deadlines
• Tech-savvy and confident using CRMs and MS Office
