About the RoleAs a Trainee in FIG M&A, you will gain unparalleled exposure to the financial institutions sector, covering multiple subsectors and geographies. You will be actively involved in the origination and execution of M&A transactions, working alongside experienced bankers in a collaborative and supportive environment. What You Will Do

• Assist in the origination and execution of M&A deals across the FIG sector
• Conduct detailed industry and company research, financial modelling, and valuation analysis
• Prepare and pitch presentations to clients, investors, and the broader investment community
• Comply with all relevant risk, regulatory, and internal policy obligations
• Work within agreed risk limits and adhere to Société Générale's Code of Conduct and behavioural standards
