We're on the search for a dynamic, enthusiastic individual who is looking to pursue a career in Residential Estate Agency. This is a sales based role so confidence and a competitive edge is key. Role Overview: 

• Qualify leads and register suitable applicants looking to rent a new home. 
• Conducting property viewings and guiding applicants through the process.
• Building and maintaining strong client relationships, delivering exceptional customer service.
• Assisting with negotiations between applicants and clients, ensuring the best possible outcomes. 
• Oversee the rental process from point of registration to key handover. 

Requirements:

• Graduates preferred but not essential.
• Excellent communication and telephone manner. 
• Presentable and confident.
• Money motivated with a sales edge.
• Ability to work in a target based environment. 
• Full UK Drivers License
