Trainee Legal Cashier and Administrator - Uxbridge Employment Agency : Job Details

A fantastic opportunity has become available for a Trainee Legal Cashier to join a lovely firm based in Uxbridge. This role would be ideal for a candidate who has just completed their education and is looking for their first office role, or, a candidate who has a little administration experience and is looking to start their career within accounts.

Role responsibilities:

• Accounting duties including bank reconciliations, sending out payments and updating ledgers
• Providing cover for reception including taking phone calls and greeting clients
• Post duties
• Data entry
• Assisting with the management of office supplies including placing orders

The ideal candidate:

• Must be highly organsied and be able to multitask
• Must have supreme communication skills both written and verbal
• Strong IT skills are required including a basic knowledge of Excel

This role would be ideal for a candidate who is looking to kick start their career and has an interest in accounting. We are looking for a candidate with a ‘can do’ positive attitude and is really keen to learn as you will be given a lot of training and development opportunities.
