Trainee / Junior Account Executive - IDEX Consulting Ltd : Job Details

The RoleWe're looking for an ambitious individual to join our team as a Trainee/ Junior Account Executive. This is an entry-level role within commercial insurance broking, offering full training and a clear career pathway. You'll work closely with experienced Account Executives to learn how to:

• Support client accounts across sectors such as retail, manufacturing, and professional services
• Handle policy administration including quotes, renewals, and mid-term adjustments
• Liaise with insurers and underwriters to secure competitive terms
• Build and maintain strong client relationships
• Work towards Chartered Insurance Institute (CII) qualifications

About YouWe're interested in hearing from candidates who are:

• Educated to GCSE/A-Level standard (including Maths & English)
• Confident communicators with excellent organisational skills
• Motivated, target-driven, and keen to learn
• Previous experience in customer service, sales, or insurance is beneficial, but not essential
