Fram are working on a great opportunity to join a growing Financial Planning firm based in Somerset. Our client is looking to hire an experienced administration from a platform, pension provider, investment manager, or client servicing background. However, they would also consider an experience client service administrator for other industries who wants to train and develop into an IFA administrator.  The role is to provide comprehensive administrative support to the financial advising and paraplanning team. The admin team, work in a pod system supporting circa 11 financial advisors and 4 Paraplanners, allowing you to get to know the advice team, clients, financial planning product, and providers well. This is a varied and busy position requiring the successful candidate to provide a full range of administrative support to the firm. You will be trained to focus on timely delivery of work in line with daily tasks and are responsible for ensuring that the Advisors and clients receive the best administration support; proactively searching for opportunities to add value. The role can offer hybrid working once someone has passed probation and shown a level of knowledge.   Some of the responsibilities :  
  • Respond to Advisor/client queries promptly.
  • Assist with administrative duties as required by the advisors.
  • Work with platform providers to gather correct and accurate information for clients and advisors   
  • Build on technical training to provide specific and accurate responses to queries raised by Advisors, colleagues, or clients.
  • Complete ownership of your own time and work with effective reporting and communication with your peers.
  • Promote ideas/solutions that will help the firm promote its core principals or working practices.
  • Take an active role in team meetings and discussions.
  • Consistently demonstrating going the extra mile for Advisors/clients to exceed their service expectations.
  • Increase your technical knowledge.
  An ideal candidate will have a strong administration or client servicing background with a real can-do attitude. Be able to learn, develop and adapt to different business needs with strong life skills. Our client will consider individual outside of financial services as they are very happy to train and it is more about attitude, and willingness to learn then experience. All candidates must be based in the UK and not require sponsorship.

Salary : 30000 - 35000
