£11.50 per hour – self employed -Immediate start – Mon to Fri

Small gardening business within the Surrey area is looking for a trainee Gardener to join the team of 2.

You will be responsible for maintaining private residential gardens to a high standard.

Area’s covered are New Malden, Surbiton, Esher, Weybridge, Oxshott, Chessington and surrounding towns.

Duties include:

• Mowing and strimming lawns
• Cutting and maintaining hedges
• Weeding flower beds
• Pruning plants
• Planting shrubs and bulbs
• Composting
• Removal of garden waste
• Use of power tools

The ideal person will have:

• Keen interest in gardening
• Full driving licence
• Friendly and outgoing
• Reliable & punctual
• Hardworking
• Work well in a team
• Follow instructions
• Ability to work in a physically demanding role which includes some heavy lifting
