This opportunity is ideal for a Level 4 Diploma qualified individual who has built a strong technical foundation and is now ready to step into a client-facing role.

Salary Up to £45,000 + Bonus

What They’re Looking For

  • Level 4 Diploma qualified (Regulated Financial Planning)
  • Experience in paraplanning or technical client support within an IFA or wealth firm
  • Strong report writing and research background
  • Passion for building client relationships and making complex topics easy to understand
  • A friendly, clear communicator who values doing the right thing over the quick sale
  • Based in or around Coventry, with flexibility to attend in-person client meetings
