Trainee Education Recruitment Consultant - ASQ Education : Job Details

We are looking for an ambitious, motivated, and driven individual who would like to build a career in recruitment.

We are looking for a trainee recruitment consultant to join our dynamic and forward-thinking team. You must be able to demonstrate excellent customer service and candidate management skills.

Do you have:

• A passion for making a difference in education
• A background in sales or recruitment would be a benefit, but a can-do attitude is essential.
• Understanding of an education setting (ideal) business-oriented mindset
• The ability to work in a fast paced environment and meet strict deadlines

Salary and benefits:

• Salary £23,000 to £25,000 and OTE in the first year £35,000
• Generous commission structure (up to 20%)
• Clear and transparent career path
• Full Time and permanent
• 30 days annual leave and reduced hours in the school holidays (4 hours in the summer)
• 2 days in the office and 3 days working from home
• 8.00 to 17.30 in term time
• Open to term time working
