Are you passionate about education and ready for a new challenge from September 2025?

We are looking for enthusiastic and committed Trainee Cover Supervisors (considering a career as a teacher) to join our team and work in a welcoming secondary school in Swindon with a reputation for good behaviour and a supportive environment.

As a Trainee Cover Supervisor or Trainee Cover Teacher, you will:

Supervise classes during teacher absence, keeping students engaged and on task.

Deliver pre-prepared lesson plans and maintain a positive learning environment.

Build rapport with students and support their learning journey.

What you'll need:

Minimum of A Levels (degree desirable).

Previous experience working with young people in any capacity is preferred but not essential as full training provided.

Strong communication skills and the ability to manage a classroom effectively.

What we offer:

Competitive pay: from £100 per day for trainees up to £140 per day for experienced Cover Supervisors with higher qualifications.

Flexible working patterns - full and part-time roles available starting September 2025 and beyond.

Standard working hours: 8:30am-3:30pm.

Full vetting process and an enhanced child workforce DBS (applied for on your behalf).
