Our client is currently seeking a Trainee Consultant to join our team. As a Trainee Consultant, you will be responsible for identifying and engaging with top talent in the UK consumer goods industry, sourcing candidates through various channels, and building a pipeline of qualified candidates across different functions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute sourcing strategies that align with our clients overall hiring goals and objectives
• Utilize various sourcing channels, such as LinkedIn, job boards, social media, and referrals, to attract top talent
• Create presentations to describe job roles and send personalized messages to relevant candidates on LinkedIn
• Engage with potential candidates through cold outreach, phone screening, and email communication to assess their fit for open positions
• Partner with our delivery team to schedule and facilitate candidate interviews and ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process
• Continuously monitor and report on sourcing metrics to optimize our sourcing strategies

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, HR or a related field would be preffered
• Ideally a strong understanding of the consumer goods market and industry trends
• Experience in using a variety of digital tools such as Microsoft Office, Canva, and LinkedIn - not essential
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with candidates and hiring teams
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time-management skills
• Self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
