About the Role:You will play a key role in the day-to-day financial operations of the firm. You’ll be responsible for ensuring compliance with Solicitors Accounts Rules and maintaining accurate financial records.

Key Responsibilities:

• Processing client and office account transactions
• Bank reconciliations and handling incoming/outgoing payments
• Preparing financial reports and assisting with month-end procedures
• Ensuring compliance with SAR and other regulatory requirements
• Running a small payroll
• VAT returns
• Liaising with fee earners and external stakeholders regarding financial matters

Skills Required:

• Previous experience as a Legal Cashier desirable
• Accounts experience required
• Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
• A team player with a proactive and professional approach
• AAT Level 4 or currently studying
