Trainee Account Manager - Kelly Services : Job Details

Our client in the Birmingham area is looking for a Trainee Account Manager to join their fun and vibrant team due to continued business growth!

Benefits:

• Salary £22,308 to £30,000 per annum DOE.
• 10% Commission - Capped at £20,000 per annum.
• Hours of work - Monday to Friday - 08:00 to 17:00
• 28 Days Holiday (Inclusive of Bank Holidays)
• Office located in Birmingham City Centre
• Auto-enrolment Pension scheme
• Fully office based.

Role & Responsibilities:

• Build and grow upon relationships with new and existing clients.
• Be the point of contact with clients throughout the deal process.
• Identify new business opportunities and follow-up on all leads.
• Ensure all processes are followed to minimize operational and credit risks.
• Follow the FCA rules and guidelines throughout the deal process.
• Work towards an annual income target which is broken down into monthly objectives.
• Attend regular sales meetings within your division.

Required Skills & Experience:

• (Desirable) Previous experience in Sales.
• High level of communication with a professional telephone manner.
• Strong organizational skills.
• Enthusiastic and energetic.
• Strong desire to succeed and grow within the role and company.
