£30-35,000 + 8% bonus + generous benefits package
REMOTE (with 2 days per month in the Somerset office)

This role is crucial for the development, deployment, and co-ordination of trade marketing activities. The successful candidate will be instrumental in driving business and category growth through effective marketing strategies and close collaboration with various teams.

- Plan, execute and evaluate trade and portfolio marketing activities aimed at driving recommendation, sales and brand performance, both consumer and financial KPIs.
- Collaborate in building cluster marketing execution plans in co-operation with the Marketing Strategy Development (MSD) and Sales Acceleration teams.
- Align messaging and concept for activations to overarching campaign/brand messaging.
- Define and track budgets for activations.
- Lead the approval process for national activations/events through the S&OP+ cycle, including ROI calculations and evaluations.
- Develop and deploy marketing activation plans for specific channels/customers in-store and online, leveraging CRM platforms.
- Manage the ordering, development, and production of all communication/promotional materials, both online and in-store, based on key visuals developed by the Regional Sales & Marketing team.
- Evaluate in-store, in clinics and continuously drive innovative, best-in-class POS materials to support brand recommendation and conversion.
- Partner with Category Managers and sales teams to deliver category vision into action projects at customer locations.
- Provide sales teams with the tools needed for perfect execution in-store and online.
- Share best practices across the cluster.
- Support the development, execution, and evaluation of Cluster B2C / B2B activities.
- Execute B2B & B2C Cluster activation
- Ensure success execution in store, and online, in line with Cluster roadmap.
- Engage Sales teams with activity plans to drive field excellence in execution.
- Higher degree in a relevant field.
- 3-5 years of experience in a similar role.
- Strong functional/technical skills, including proficiency in Excel.
- Excellent creative and customer-focused approach.
- Strong drive for results.
