Reed are recruiting for a dynamic individual to join a busy trade counter team in Bristol. This role combines customer-facing sales, warehouse duties, and occasional driving. The company is a long-established, family-run business with over 40 years of experience in their trade.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve customers at the trade counter and over the phone.
• Troubleshoot product issues and provide technical advice.
• Assist in the warehouse with stock handling and heavy lifting.
• Support deliveries when required.
• Work collaboratively with a multiskilled team.

Ideal Candidate

• Experience in trade counter environments.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Interest in technical products (e.g., automotive, leisure batteries).
• Physically fit and capable of heavy lifting.
• Driving licence preferred (must be over 25, max 6 points on your licence).
