Jewson in Bridgwater is recruiting now for a Tool Hire Supervisor, to support this busy and successful branch to drive the Tool Hire service.

Jewson, East Quay, Bridgwater, TA6 4AE

Basic salary + Pension + Life Assurance + 33 days holiday per year + Opportunity to progress your career

Hours of work 7am to 430pm or 730am to 5pm plus every other Saturday 8am to 12 noon

What will I be doing in this role?

The Tool Hire Supervisor role is a varied and busy role.

· You will be focused on generating profitable business by building relationships with customers both face to face and via the telephone to achieve maximum sales, while ensuring effective and efficient running of Tool Hire section.

· This role offers a varied mix of customer / account management and commercial focus.

· You're expected to be hands on involved with the sales counter, dealing with customers face to face & over the phone to build a profitable pipeline and a good picture of the market.

· We can provide you with the product knowledge needed, however we need you to bring with you the right driver, determination and understanding of how to maximise on sales opportunities.

  • A positive attitude and the desire to want to continually improve our service
  • A full driving licence to be able to deliver equipment locally
