My client is looking for two experienced Stainless TIG Welders to join their team in Luton. This is a fantastic opportunity for skilled fabricators who can weld and polish stainless steel to a high standard while working from technical drawings in a fast-paced workshop environment.

• Fabricating and welding stainless steel structures from detailed technical drawings.

• Performing high-quality TIG welds (fillet and butt).

• Polishing stainless steel components to a professional, clean finish.

• Maintaining high standards of safety, cleanliness, and quality at all times.

• Working collaboratively in a busy workshop setting.

• Experience with TIG welding stainless steel (fillet & butt welds).

• Skilled in stainless steel polishing - producing a clean, smooth finish.

• Ability to read and work from technical fabrication drawings.

• Experience in bespoke or structural steel fabrication.

• Strong attention to detail and commitment to high-quality workmanship.

• Able to work independently and within a team.
