Test Analyst - Zenith Vehicles : Job Details

We are currently looking for a self-motivated Software Test Analyst to join our Change & Transformation team. You will have a passion for ensuring top-notch software quality who thrives in an agile environment.

WHAT'S THE ROLE

• Work alongside squads of 8-12 to analyse requirements, design test plans, execute tests, and identify and report defects.
• Collaborate effectively in a fast-paced, iterative environment, adapting to changing priorities and delivering value quickly.
• Analyse requirements, user stories, and risks to create accurate test estimates and suggest optimal testing approaches.
• Utilise your expertise in test planning, test execution, defect management, and reporting to ensure all applications meet functional requirements.
• Expand your skillset by exploring automation testing practices, non-functional testing (performance, security, etc.), and various tools and applications.

WHAT CAN YOU OFFER

• Testing experience with a strong understanding of SDLCs, especially Agile.
• Test automation experience is a preferable, but a willingness to learn is key.
• Sharp analytical and problem-solving skills to identify and resolve complex issues.

SALARY & BENEFITS

• Salary between £35,000-£45,000 per annum (depends on experience) & Annual bonus
