Main Duties

As the Test Analyst, you will report into the Test and Release Lead and collaborate with business stakeholders to understand project scopes and map processes from current to target stakes. You’ll be working alongside our software developers and project support teams, developing test conditions, scenarios, cases and scripts. You’ll be executing manual and automated test scripts, logging defects in Jira and providing regular progress updates, escalating any risks or issues to the Test and Release Leader.

Your success will be measured by meeting testing criteria, delivering business benefits and ensuring the quality of solutions and their implementation whilst upholding our values of Service, Integrity, Collaboration, Commitment, Compassion and Innovation.

Skills and Expertise

• Proficiency in Office 365, including SharePoint.
• Experience with Jira and Zephyr
• Knowledge of Salesforce
• ISTQB or ASTQB (USA) is essential
• Experience in test analysis, supporting service readiness, and accepting solutions into BAU.
• Familiarity with Waterfall and Agile methodologies.
• Ability to identify and address system defects and risks.
• Strong communication skills and confidence in engaging with stakeholders.
• Detail-oriented with the ability to meet tight deadlines.
