Role Overview
Package: €40,000- €45,000, €8,000 Car Allowance & €90,000 OTE
Location: Remote, Candidates MUST be based in the Netherlands
What you'll be doing:
- Manage a defined sales territory- both by industry vertical and geography- while cultivating strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders to meet or exceed sales quotas.
- Qualify inbound and self-sourced leads, understanding prospect business needs to identify high-value opportunities and strategic positioning for each project.
- Maintain accurate CRM records and deliver consistent reporting on sales activity at weekly, monthly and quarterly intervals.
- Support sales efforts through occasional travels, including client meetings and on-site engagements to advance opportunities and build rapport.
Main Skills/Requirements
- 3+ years of proven success in a sales role, with a consistent track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
- Fluent Dutch AND English is essential, with excellent written and verbal communications in both languages.
- Demonstrated ability to sell to multiple stakeholders across business, technical and IT functions, particularly within ERP, Supply Chain, OR CRM software domains.
- Experience working within the SAAS OR IT Industry.
- A bachelor's degree is required.
