Description
This is a field-based territory sales role focused on driving adoption of a market-leading diabetes care product range and associated digital health solutions across East Anglia or the Northern Home Counties.
- Promote diabetes care products and digital ecosystem to healthcare professionals, patients, and key stakeholders across Trusts, ICBs, and PCNs.
- Deliver patient education and support on product usage and benefits.
- Train HCPs on interpreting glucose profile reports and using digital reporting tools and applications.
- Build strategic partnerships with target accounts, aligning solutions with local healthcare needs and guidance.
- Develop and execute joint business plans with key customers to increase product adoption and formulary pull-through.
- Leverage customer advocacy and collaborate with consultants, DSNs, clinical leads, payers, and patient associations.
- Work closely with internal teams to implement account plans and grow market share.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activity, contributing insights to strategic planning.
Profile
Based on patch in East Anglia or the Northern Home Counties (Suffolk, Essex), with a strong background in healthcare sales and a proven track record of success. Experience in diabetes care or medical devices is highly desirable.
