A fantastic opportunity is available for a Tender Engineer to join a well-established organisation based in Stokesley, Middlesbrough. This role offers the chance to be involved in the development of large-scale, multidisciplinary projects across a dynamic and innovative business.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support the Tender Manager in coordinating and managing end-to-end tender processes
• Organise and manage project-based and content-based tender submissions
• Compile, write, and review high-quality tender documentation
• Facilitate the handover of successful tenders to project execution teams
• Conduct evaluations and apply lessons learned from completed tender processes

Ideal Candidate Profile:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or Civil Engineering
• Experience in the offshore wind industry
• Strong experience in a similar role involving complex project tenders
• Background in technical project execution is beneficial
• Sound commercial awareness and understanding of contracts
• Analytical thinker with a focus on results and team collaboration
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Willingness to travel occasionally within the UK and internationally
