�? Tenancy Sustainment Recovery Worker – Substance Misuse Service?? Full-Time | 3–6 Month Contract?? Pay: Up to £23 per hour (Umbrella)

• Umbrella Rate (Inclusive of Holiday): £23.00 per hour
• Umbrella Rate (Exclusive of Holiday): Approx. £20.50 per hour
• PAYE Rate (Inclusive of Holiday): Approx. £20.00 per hour
• PAYE Rate (Exclusive of Holiday): Approx. £18.00 per hour

We’re seeking a dedicated Tenancy Sustainment Recovery Worker to join a busy and vital Substance Misuse Service. This is a temporary full-time role supporting individuals with substance misuse issues to maintain their tenancies and avoid homelessness.?? Key Responsibilities:

• Manage a caseload of clients with complex needs, primarily relating to drug and alcohol misuse
• Provide ongoing tenancy support and housing sustainment planning
• Liaise with housing providers, landlords, and local authority services
• Conduct regular key work sessions and risk assessments
• Support clients with accessing benefits, budgeting, and life skills to maintain independent living
• Develop personalised support plans and advocate on behalf of clients when necessary

? Requirements:

• Experience supporting people with substance misuse issues
• Understanding of the challenges around social housing and tenancy sustainment
• Excellent communication and case management skills
• Ability to work under pressure with a complex and sometimes chaotic client group
• Knowledge of safeguarding, housing legislation, and relevant support pathways

• This is a temporary contract role for 3–6 months, with potential for extension
• Full-time hours (typically Monday–Friday, 9am–5pm)
