Tenancy Manager

Swindon

Monday – Friday – 08.45am – 5.30pm

Full Time - Permanent

You will be required to act as nominated emergency out of hours point of contact on a 1 in 5 week basis.

Salary is dependent on experience

Primary Duties:

• Responsible for a set number of properties within the portfolio covered
• Deal with maintenance issues and co-ordinate property repairs
• Conduct tenant move ins / move outs / property inspections / inventories
• Deal with Notices and Rent Arrears
• Act as point of contact for clients visiting the office
• Ensure the smooth running of the Tenancy

Secondary Duties:

• Arrange the booking of viewings and valuations
• Conduct property viewings when required
• Deal with rental enquiries

Essential Criteria:

• Driving licence and a car
• Computer literate and good knowledge of Microsoft Word
• Able to work independently and as part of a team

Benefits:

• Mileage allowance is currently paid at 45p per mile.
• Holidays -20 Days & Bank Holidays Birthday Increasing to a maximum of 25 Days
