Location: Mirfield, WF14 - Free Parking On-SiteHours: 8:30am-4:30pmDuration: 3 Months (Potential to go Perm if you wanted!)Start: ASAPPay Rate: £13.30-£14 + Holiday Pay + Office Angels Benefits

Responsibilities:

• Handling all incoming calls from customers
• Order Management- Supporting Customers with outstanding tickets
• Process and inputting invoices
• Supporting with any delivery queries
• Process and track sample orders
• Sending Quotations when required
• General Administration and data input
• Basic accounts support- Chasing any outstanding payments

Ideally You Will Have:

• Previous experience dealing with Customer on the telephone or email
• Previous Administration experience in a similar industry
• CRM & order systems, Excel & Outlook proficiency
• Clear communicator with strong problem-solving skills
