They need a Temporary Receptionist to help them maintain their welcoming atmosphere while ensuring everything runs smoothly!

What You'll Do:

• ?? Answering Incoming Calls: Handle phone inquiries with a friendly demeanour and direct calls to the appropriate team members.
• ??? organising and Checking Meeting Rooms: Ensure meeting rooms are prepared, tidy, and equipped with necessary materials.
• ?? Meeting and Greeting Visitors: Welcome guests with a warm smile and assist them as needed.
• ?? Ordering Stationery: Keep our office stocked with essential supplies to support our team's daily operations.

• Great Communication Skills: You should be able to convey information clearly and effectively.
• Organisational Skills: You'll be juggling multiple tasks, so being organised is a must!
• Professional Attitude: Maintain a positive and professional demeanour at all times.
