Role: Temporary ReceptionistLocation: GuernseySalary / Rate of pay: £12.84 per hour

Platinum Recruitment is working in partnership with a busy hotel in Guernsey and we have a fantastic opportunity for a temporary Receptionist to join the team on an immediate basis for a minimum of 4 weeks.

Package

• £12.84 per hour

What's involved?

Reception duties will include but not limited to:

• Checking guests in and out
• Taking reservations for room bookings
• Assign rooms (Walk-in's)
• Dealing with guest enquiries and resolving any customer complaints
• Dealing with postings for room charges, balancing and banking
• Liaising with all departments on a day to day basis

Requirements:

• Flexibility to work on weekends.
• Have a friendly, and enthusiastic attitude.
• Ability to work in the UK. - no sponsorships provided
• Available immediately with no prior commitments including holiday and able to commit for a min. of 4 weeks.
• MUST have experience ofRezlynx
