Based in Bournemouth
Key Responsibilities:
Managing the reception area, welcoming visitors, and providing information and guidance.
Maintaining and updating records on Management Information Systems, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
Handling various administrative tasks, including processing requests, supporting recruitment and induction, and managing financial systems.
Ensuring compliance with Data Protection and Health and Safety regulations.
Liaising with relevant teams to maintain building services and ensure a safe environment.
Providing effective communication with internal and external stakeholders.
Key Skills and Experience:
This role is crucial for ensuring the efficient operation of the Hub and supporting the delivery of high-quality services to the community.
