Temporary Project Administrator/Analyst - Allen Associates : Job Details

The standard hours are 9.00am-5.30pm, Monday to Friday. The total is 37.5 hours per week.

It is vital for this position that you are available to work on Saturday and Sundays in May and June 2024).

To be considered for this role, you must be willing to undertake an enhanced DBS check (paid for by the client).

Please note, this is a temporary position paid on a weekly PAYE basis. This role will start quickly (once the DBS has cleared), so sadly candidates with a lengthy notice period cannot be considered.

• Providing administrative support to a key project
• Writing summary reports
• Analysing Data
• Preparing Canva slide decks

Temporary Project Administrator/Analyst Requirements

• Experience in administration and high level analysis of data
• IT literate, knowledge of database management is essential
• Experience with Canva
• Highly analytical, able to use Excel to an advanced standard
• Experience in an educational or academic setting
• Meticulous attention to detail
• Completer/finisher

Our client is located in central Oxford. Unfortunately, there is no onsite parking available, but they are close to excellent transport links.
