Temporary Post Room Operative - Ryder Reid Legal Ltd : Job Details

We are currently recruiting for a proactive and reliable Post Room Assistant to join a leading international law firm on a temporary basis. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with strong organisational skills and a hands-on approach to support essential office operations in a fast-paced, professional environment. Salary for this role is up to £36,000 and will be based onsite 5 days a week.

Key Responsibilities:

• Carry out regular post runs, delivering and collecting items across office floors
• Log and manage incoming courier deliveries
• Book same-day, domestic, and international couriers as required
• Frank and prepare outgoing mail for dispatch
• Stock and maintain print hubs with stationery and supplies
• Handle deliveries and collections to and from the building's Postroom
• Respond to internal calls and emails promptly and professionally
