Temporary Legal Assistant - Love Success Recruitment : Job Details

Our trusted client is seeking a detail- oriented Temporary Legal Assistant to join their vibrant office! This role will involve reviewing legal documents and ensuring they reflect the needs of the customer. This company is a fast-growing and located in the heart of London! The successful candidate will be able to manage a high volume and work efficiently.

Overview

Hours: 9am-5:30pm

Location: London Bridge

Working Model: On-site, 5 days

Contract: Temporary, 6 weeks

Pay Rate: £115-£116 per day

Start date: Early September

Key Responsibilities:

• Utilise detailed legal knowledge to review documents submitted via the online platform, ensuring they meet the relevant requirements.
• Provide feedback to clients and verify that the content aligns with the desired preferences.
• Identify and correct errors and ensure documents comply with regulations.
• Review LPAs, liaising with customers to accurately register the details.
• Follow up with customers regarding the status of their case and confirm if any further action is required.
• Identify any legal discrepancies or special circumstances and raise for review with an internal solicitor.

Key Experience:

• 1+ years of experience as a paralegal or legal assistant, in a corporate environment.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to expand on complex legal language.
• Successfully manage multiple tasks efficiently and meet deadlines, while upholding industry standards.
• A calm and patient demeanour when liaising with clients and customers.
• A commitment to confidentiality and the protection of customer data.
