Temporary Finance Assistant - 6 Months - Guildford - £12-14 per hour - Hybrid Working  

An introduction to the company and role:

Wade Macdonald are working with a great company who are continuing to grow!

They need an experienced finance assistant to help out ASAP initially for 6 Months.

They offer hybrid working 2-3 days from home and they need someone available immediately.  

What will be the responsibilities in this role?

• Bank reconciliations
• Posting intercompany payments
• Review of expenses
• Reconciliation of VAT reports
• Setting up and maintaining customer records in the accounting system
• Building customer relationships
• Raising sales invoices

What experience do you need?

• Previous experience in a similar role
• Intermediate Excel skills, including pivot tables and V-look ups
