As a Temporary Customer Support Advisor you will be responsible for providing an excellent and seamless customer service to applicant and be their first point of contact.

This client is a large entity within the education sector and they are looking for a Temporary Customer Support Advisor to join them on a 6 week basis with room to be extended or go perm!
Description
As a Temporary Customer Support Advisor you will:
- Deal with all applicant queries from prospective customers via telephone, e-mail and social media and ensuring all relevant data is captured
- Ensure excellent and speedy customer service delivery
- Proactive application management of a range of products as determined by the manager and ensure they are managed in terms of agreed SLA's
- Load application data onto the system and ensuring thorough notes are recorded for use by the wider team to process the application
- Review applications to ensure they meet entry criteria and referring any more complex applications to the appropriate senior member of the team
- Ad-hoc duties as and when required
Profile
To be successful in this role:
- Previous experience within customer service & administration (at least 1 year)
- Confident communicator and proactive
- Ability to multi-task
- Can commit to a temporary role for July & August
