As a Temporary Customer Support Advisor you will be responsible for providing an excellent and seamless customer service to applicant and be their first point of contact.

Client Details

This client is a large entity within the education sector and they are looking for a Temporary Customer Support Advisor to join them on a 6 week basis with room to be extended or go perm!

Description

As a Temporary Customer Support Advisor you will:

  • Deal with all applicant queries from prospective customers via telephone, e-mail and social media and ensuring all relevant data is captured
  • Ensure excellent and speedy customer service delivery
  • Proactive application management of a range of products as determined by the manager and ensure they are managed in terms of agreed SLA's
  • Load application data onto the system and ensuring thorough notes are recorded for use by the wider team to process the application
  • Review applications to ensure they meet entry criteria and referring any more complex applications to the appropriate senior member of the team
  • Ad-hoc duties as and when required

Profile

To be successful in this role:

  • Previous experience within customer service & administration (at least 1 year)
  • Confident communicator and proactive
  • Ability to multi-task
  • Can commit to a temporary role for July & August

Please note we can only accept applications of candidates who do not need to serve notice & have no holidays pre-booked for the month of July & August.
