Our client is searching for enthusiastic Customer Happiness Assistant Temps to join their dynamic Customer Happiness team. In this role, you'll be responsible for providing stellar customer care, ensuring every interaction is a delightful experience. Plus, you'll have the opportunity to make a difference during their busy Father's Day season! ????????

?? What you'll be doing ??

• Working 5-6 shifts between 7th June - 20th June to support our client during the Father's Day rush ??
• Learning and adapting to their internal processes like a pro ??
• Communicating with customers via email, phones, and other channels with a friendly and professional approach ????
• Solving problems efficiently and proactively, spreading happiness one customer at a time ?

�? About you �?

• You thrive in a fast-paced environment and stay motivated on your own ??
• You're a quick learner, always eager to acquire new skills and knowledge ??
• Attention to detail is your middle name, and you're known for your wit and positive attitude ??
• Multitasking is your superpower, but you're not afraid to seek support when needed �?
• Experience in customer service or sales is desirable but not essential - everyone is welcome! ??

• Competitive hourly rate of £13.15 per hour, with opportunities for overtime pay ??
• Rota-based shifts, including weekends (also paid at £13.15/hour) ?
• Fully remote work, provided you have a reliable internet connection, your own computer, and headphones with a microphone �???�?
• Comprehensive online self-service training during the temping period, so you'll be fully equipped for success! ????
