Temporary Customer Service Assistant - Prize Placements : Job Details

We are recruiting for a customer services executive to join our client on a temporary basis from May 2024 to mid July 2024.

You will be working as part of the Ticketing Guest services team, to deliver world class customer service. Your role as a Guest Services Agent will be to act as first point of contact and deal with any queries.

What you will be doing

· Handling queries or complaints from Guests via inbound phone calls and Zendesk emails

· To pick up and actively open and resolve assigned customer service cases within the agreed SLA’s and KPIs’s

· To deliver an enhanced service to customers with accessible requirements

· Learn and develop advance use of the office-based ticketing system, the online customer journey and buying process

· Ensure data is managed with integrity, accuracy and compliance

· Ensuring that all Guest contact is handled in a professional manner

· Exercising judgement to identify the severity of issues, escalating appropriately where required

· Utilising well developed communication skills with the ability to flex your style across both verbal and written channels with high attention to quality and detail with all Guests

· Working collaboratively to develop and maintain positive and effective working relationships with your colleagues and the team

What we are looking for

· Desire to work in an environment which is guided by values

· Excellent active listening skills with the ability to display empathy whilst gathering all facts and interpreting data

· Excellent written and verbal communication and English language skills with high attention to detail and quality

· A reasonable level of computer literacy and reporting (Word, Excel, Access, Powerpoint & CRM systems)

To be suitable you must be IT literate and fully available with no holidays booked between now and 14th July 2024.
