Your new companyAn established and ambitious organisation in Newmarket, my client is seeking a customer-focused individual with confident systems and administration skills to join their team in Newmarket on an initial 3-month basis.

Your new roleWorking as part of a supportive and professional team, this role will include:

  • Answering and resolving telephone and email queries
  • Processing orders onto the system
  • Creating customer accounts on the system
  • Monitoring stock levels
  • Providing general administration support to the team

What you'll need to succeedThe successful candidate will have customer service experience, combined with confident administration and IT skills. Excellent communication skills, alongside a strong teamwork approach will be pivotal.
