This is an excellent opportunity for a professional with strong administrative skills to gain valuable experience in a dynamic property environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Preparing and issuing residential lease agreements
• Registering tenant deposits in accordance with relevant regulations
• Drafting property descriptions and managing online advertising platforms
• Handling incoming telephone enquiries and providing courteous assistance
• Liaising with applicants and chasing references to support the lettings process

Candidate Requirements:

• A full, clean UK driving license
• Prior experience in an administration role is essential
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong organisational abilities and attention to detail
• Professional telephone manner and customer service orientation
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast paced environment
