Job Description :

We are looking for an experienced administrator to support this very busy HR team for a period of 6 months during a period of transition. This is a full time role, working 37.5 hours per week and occasionally you may be asked to work between their Worthing and Hove sites. Ideally you will have your own transport or live close to the train station. Free parking available.

This lovely role will involve supporting the HR department with administrative tasks and ensuring the smooth operation of HR processes. This will include doing right to work checks, references and maintaining employee records, ensuring the data is correct and up to date.

You will need to have a good understanding of Microsoft office and have great communication skills, both written and verbal. This is a very busy time for the team so it is imperative that you are happy to be flexible and enjoy working in a busy team. HR experience is not essential for this role as long as you have good administration skills.

Salary : 11.8 - 12.8
