Job Title: Temporary Administrator

Contract: 3 Months, immediate start

Hours: Full time (37.5 hours), Monday to Friday

Location: Shirley, this role is office based

Salary: £11.50 - £13.50 per hour

Are you an immediately available graduate looking to gain valuable office exposure and experience? Our client based in Shirley is looking to recruit a Temporary Administrator to join them for the next 3 months with an immediate start. You will be a highly professional candidate who can hit the ground running and will provide value support to the team.

Duties include:

  • As an administrator you will be responsible for providing quality services to customers by phone and email.
  • Preparing and distributing correspondence and reports.
  • Providing general administrative support to the team, dealing with suppliers and attending meetings.
  • Accurately maintaining and updating the database and records.
  • Proactively supporting the department with the creation and implementation of projects.
  • Assisting managers and the wider team with all strategic activities.

Skills and experience required:

  • Previous experience in an administrative based role (preferred).
  • Confident communication with both colleagues and customers.
  • Commitment and enthusiasm for client service and delivery.
  • Strong organisation and accuracy skills.
  • Ability to prioritise and multitask.
  • Able to demonstrate experience in all Microsoft packages and related programmes.
