Temporary Accounts Assistant - Hays Specialist Recruitment Limited : Job Details

Your new companyAn interesting engineering company based in Oxford, is looking for you to join their team! Your new role

• Month-end tasks including reviewing and recoding transactions and prepare accruals and prepayments
• Maintain fixed asset register
• Develop overhead analysis and cost centre reporting
• Support forecast and budget process
• Daily and weekly cashflow models
• Sales Invoices
• Sales ledger
• Customer Payments
• Bank reconciliations
• Support accounts payable functions
• Produce financial analysis
• Prepare Quarterly VAT Tax Returns

What you'll need to succeed

• You will be immediately available for a temporary contract
• You will have substantial experience of the above stated duties
• It is important that you are competent in these areas, so that you can make an instant impact to the business
• Attention to detail will need to be strong
• Highly organised individual
• A good communicator who can deal with queries
• A quality driven approach to customer service is a must
• Good Excel (essential)
