We're seeking a driven Recruitment Consultant to focus on expanding our client and candidate base within the Business Support sector, specifically for temporary placements.
You'll be working across a broad geographical area covering Gloucestershire, Worcestershire, and Herefordshire - offering plenty of opportunity to engage with both existing and prospective clients and candidates, and to unlock the full potential of your recruitment desk.
This role has the potential to generate billings of £100,000 per annum within the first year, with scope for further growth.

What does the role involve?
As a Recruitment Consultant, you'll be responsible for:
Building and nurturing client relationships
Growing your candidate pipeline and database
Managing the full recruitment lifecycle, including:
Identifying and contacting client leads
Taking job briefs and negotiating fees and terms
Headhunting and sourcing candidates
Conducting right-to-work and reference checks
Managing candidate timesheets and onboarding processes
