the role is paying 14.00 per hour and I need someone with good excel can do macro

good co Ordinator, hours are 40 hour per week 8.30 till 5.30 Monday to Friday

? Allocation of resources to jobs

? Briefing of information

? Briefing of safety communications

? Management and reporting on site diaries

? Monitoring of working hours

? Manage a portfolio of resources which includes increasing and decreasing as per the clients demands

? Request for training

? Liaison with clients on resource requests

? Reporting of planned resource demands versus actual resources supplies

? First line of contact for pay queries

? Cascading of company policies and procedures

? Reporting via visualisation board

? Reporting on non-attendance

? Requesting PPE

? Agreeing and reporting of annual leave

? Resource builds up for long term plans

? Resource builds up for medium term plans

? Resource builds up for short term plans

? Production of Training and Competency Matrices
