Three Bridges Recruitment are currently working with a leading global business who are looking for a Temporary Purchase Ledger Assistant who is immediately available. This is a fantastic opportunity to take responsibility for invoices within a large, global, organisation.

Job

The job of Finance Assistant will give you the opportunity to be involved with:

• Processing invoices (this is a high-volume environment)
• Maintaining the Purchase Ledger
• Matching, batching, and coding of invoices
• Supplier reconciliations
• Arranging supplier payments
• Ad-hoc duties

You

As Finance Assistant you will be skilled &/or qualified in the following:

• Previous experience with purchase ledger / invoice processing
• Previous experience using SAP
• Good knowledge and understanding of accounting and book-keeping procedures
• Good analysis skills
• Excellent Excel skills
• Strong communication skills
