Telesales Representative – Hinckley£26,000 basic salary with on-target earnings of £42,000+Uncapped commissionFull-time – 5 days out of 7 on a rota

We’re looking for a confident and motivated telesales professional to join a busy call centre team in Hinckley. If you enjoy speaking with customers, working towards targets, and want to be part of a fast-paced sales environment, this could be the perfect role for you.

What you’ll be doing:

• Handling both incoming and outgoing calls with customers
• Helping customers complete finance applications accurately
• Taking deposits and managing transactions
• Booking quality appointments at multiple retail sites
• Promoting a wide range of vehicles and services
• Working towards individual and team sales targets

What we’re looking for:

• At least 1 year of telesales experience (motor trade experience is a bonus but not essential)
• Excellent communication and listening skills
• Confident, friendly, and persuasive phone manner
• Strong negotiation and objection-handling skills
• Able to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced setting
• Attention to detail when handling customer information
• A genuine interest in vehicles and customer service
