Salary –£27,000 + Bonus

Hours – 8am-5.30pm (1 hour lunch) Onsite
We are currently working with a client specialising in the Plant and Machinery hire industry who are looking for a Sales Executive due to growth.
The role will be to mange to current customer base, building relationships and regaining lapsed customers using their CRM system. The bulk of this role will be warm sales and very limited on the cold calling aspect.
This is an ideal role for a proactive individual, someone who is able to identify opportunities and ultimately develop business, no cold calling, this role is predominantly warm and prospective calls to customers.
Responsibilities
- Building relationships with new clients and manage relationships with existing ones.
- Conducting 50 warm and prospective calls per day
- Generating business by inbound and outbound calls and email enquiries
- Managing the sales process from start to finish
- Updating records of all communication on CRM software
- Following up on all sales leads generated online
- Handling customer queries & complaints
- Listening to the customers’ needs to generate repeat sales
- Creating quotations and confirmations of orders on CRM software
Skills Required:
- Confidence and enthusiasm
- Must have some telesales/sales experience 12 months +
- Able to build good relationship with customers
- Attention to detail
- Active listening skills
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
- Able to work under pressure
- Excellent interpersonal and problem-solving skills
- Effective team working
