Cloud 9 is seeking a dynamic Telesales Executive in the West Midlands to join a highly successful packaging distribution organisation. This role is perfect for those who thrive in a proactive sales environment with a desire to progress into external sales. You'll be at the forefront of generating new business through targeted outbound calling. You'll have the chance to engage with key decision-makers across various industries, setting the stage for meaningful client relationships.
Key Responsibilities
Make outbound sales calls to potential clients using company's extensive database
Identify key decision-makers, promoting the benefits of the company's sustainable packaging solutions
Schedule qualified appointments for the field sales team
Ensure company CRM database is maintained and accurately updated
Leverage digital and print content through communications with marketing
Monitor performance against KPIs, contributing to the continual improvement of sales campaigns
Skills and Experience
Telesales/marketing/inside sales experience preferred
An interest in sustainability or packaging solutions would be beneficial
Proven successful record of meeting or exceeding KPIs
Passionate about sales
Target driven
Excellent communication skills and confident on the phone
Excellent influencing skills
Ability to communicate effectively at all levels
Excellent written skills
Ability to manage own sales pipeline
Remuneration
You will receive a salary of up to £35k DOE, performance-based incentives and career advancement opportunities.
