Telesales & Administration Executive Bury St EdmundsUp to £30,000 per annumFlexible Hours (No Weekends/Evenings) Our client based in Bury St Edmunds is currently seeking a new member of their Telesales team due to the expansion of the business. Our client works with various high-end clients all over the UK within the catering industry, supplying them with premium products and the best customer service possible. The core working hours for this role are 09:00-17:00 Monday to Friday, with some flexibility. Daily Duties -
- Contacting warm prospective clients to introduce the company and offer samples to be sent to them
- Research and qualify leads over the phone and ensure the CRM system is kept updated
- Sending follow up emails to prospective customers
- Provide support throughout the whole sales process and ensure the client is receiving the best service possible
- Handle inbound customer calls and assist with order processing
Person Specification -
- Confident and personable phone manner
- Strong attention to detail and professional approach
- Experience in outbound calling is essential
- Confident in written communication skills
- Previous experience with CRM software and Microsoft 365
- Bonus: Previous use of courier platforms
